or one of his associate's will be present for the rehearsal, if chosen. 

(Rev.Goodrum has associates and a network of ministers to assure you that he has backup ministers

if he  were ill. If for any reason the wedding is not held on the couples’ part, the deposit is not refundable.)

The couple’s deposit received reserves the time and date chosen for the services of  Rev. Goodrum.
